Estimator

Experience estimating residential, commercial, industrial and government projects of all sizes


Requirements/ Skills
  • A degree plus 3-5 years experience is preferred
  • Candidate must be highly organized and be able to multi-task
  • Must have computer exp as well as be knowledgeable of estimating software



Lead Carpenter

Acts as a lead and participates in the work of journey-level workers and other assigned staff engaged in constructing, maintaining, altering, and repairing building components and structures.


Requirements/ Skills
  • Candidate should possess 10+ years of experience
  • Must be able to work well with subcontractors, employees, projects owners and their representatives
  • Able to do layout, framing, finishing for all types of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial and government



Carpenter's Helper

Acts as a lead and participates in the work of journey-level workers and other assigned staff engaged in constructing, maintaining, altering, and repairing building components and structures.


Requirements/ Skills
  • Candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience
  • Must be able to take and follow direction of supervisory staff



Carpenter


Requirements/ Skills
  • Perspective candidate should have at least 5+ years experience working on residential, commercial and government projects
  • Must be able to read & follow blueprints and specification
  • Must be able to work with subcontractors, and the project owner's representative



Sales & Marketing Representative

Candidate is responsible for identifying leads and proactively prospecting as well as building, maintaining and growing long-term relationships with these clients to grow the company.


Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience in or knowledge of construction-based industries is required
  • Professional presentation as well as good verbal and written communication skills are a must



Office Administrator

Candidate will perform administrative and receptionist duties for the office.


Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience in or knowledge of construction-based industries is preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Basic computer skills required



Bookkeeper

You will work closely with the President of the company as well as the Director of Construction.


Requirements/ Skills
  • Requirements for this position include but are not limited to, A/P, A/R, manage and track: job costing, whip schedule, labor report, prepare quarterly taxes, and cost projections
  • Degree plus at least 1 year experience is preferred
  • Candidate should have working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro
